Colorado – Legislature Adjourns Sine Die
The Colorado Legislature adjourned sine die on May 13. During the session, lawmakers passed Senate Bill 147 which, if approved, will require legislative liaisons, judicial lobbyists, and governor’s lobbyists to register and file disclosures like professional lobbyists. If Governor Polis approves, the bill will take effect August 12.
