San Bernadino County – County Passes New Lobbying Ordinance
The San Bernadino County Board of Supervisors have passed Ordinance No. 4517, which establishes registration and reporting requirements for county lobbyists. Under the ordinance, a person will be required to register as a county lobbyist when they receive at least $1,000 in compensation in a calendar month; the new ordinance is effective September 17, 2026.
