Oklahoma – Special Election Scheduled for February 10, 2026
Governor J. Kevin Stitt has called for a special election to replace former representative Ty Burns in House District 35, who has resigned following a guilty plea of domestic abuse and assault; the primary will be held on December 9, 2025, with the general election scheduled for February 10, 2026, but will be moved up if the primary or runoff election is not needed.
