New Hampshire – Lawmakers Increase PAC Reporting Thresholds
Starting August 18, PACs will be required to itemize receipts from contributors who give over $200 in the aggregate in an election cycle and include information about the contributor’s occupation for those that contribute over $1000. The previous thresholds were $50 and $200.
