Kentucky – Campaign Contribution Limit Increases
House Bill 136 was recently passed, which increases the campaign contribution limits, effective July 15, 2026. Contributions to individual candidates have increased from $2,200 to $3,500 per election; cash and anonymous contributions from $100 to $200; and executive and caucus campaign committees from $5,000 to $10,000 per year.
