Florida – AI Political Ads Bill Advances to Rules
SB 850, a bill that would regulate the use of political advertisements utilizing artificial intelligence, has made its way to the Senate Rules Committee. The bill would currently require such ads to carry disclaimers disclosing the technology’s use. The bill was approved by the Ethics and Elections Committee 5 to 3 on Wednesday.
