Federal – F.E.C. to No Longer Confirm or Deny Complaints

The Federal Election Commission voted last week to no longer permit their press office to confirm or deny any complaints that they have received.  This change, enacted on a 4-2 vote, was based off of a 2006 General Counsel memo that the agency had not followed until now.
