Arizona – Top Three Funders Required to be Disclosed
The Arizona Citizens’ Clean Election Commission has adopted a new rule requiring political ads to disclose the sponsoring committee’s top three funders. The rule includes detailed requirements on how this information must be disclosed, and for how long on a respective advertisement.
