Vermont Makes Changes to Campaign Finance Disclosure Requirements
Governor Scott signed changes to Vermont’s campaign finance rules and election procedures. The bill, H.474, requires anyone running for office to file a disclosure form, regardless of how much they raise or spend. If that amount is less than $500, candidates must formally attest that they have not met that amount. Changes took effect on June 25.
