Oregon – Multnomah County Approves New Lobbying Ordinance

Oregon’s most populous county approved new rules that will require entities who lobby the county to disclose their activity. Lobbyists must register and report quarterly on efforts to influence and gifts they give over $50. The ordinance takes effect on July 1, 2026.
