Oregon – Legislature Seeks to Avoid Competing Contribution Limit Ballot Measures with Bill

Unless lawmakers can pass a bill that would enact contribution limits for Oregon campaigns in the next two week, voters in the state will face competing ballot measures seeking to do the same.  Hoping to cut off this election showdown, several members are attempting to fast-track the bill’s consideration.
