New Mexico – State Adjusts Campaign Contribution Limits
New Mexico adjusted its contribution limits for 2027-2028, effective January 1, 2027. The limit to candidates and committees will increase from $6,200 to $6,600 per election, the limit to candidates for governor will increase from $12,400 to $13,200 per election, and the limit to a political party or legislative caucus committee will increase from $31,000 to $33,000.
