Nevada – Legislature Adjourns Sine Die on June 3
The Nevada Legislature adjourned sine die on June 3. Several campaign finance bills passed during the session. Assembly Bill 79 establishes a contribution limit of $5,000 for a special election other than a recall election. Assembly Bill 73 requires certain election communications with synthetic media to contain a disclosure. Both bills are with the governor and will become effective January 1, 2026 if signed.
