Nebraska – Legislature Passes Campaign Finance Bill and Lobby Bill
The Nebraska Legislature adjourned its regular session sine die on April 17. Legislators passed Legislative Bill 1075 which increases committee, lobbyist, and lobbyist employer registration fees and late filing fees for registrations, updates, and reports. The bill is effective immediately but does not affect lobby reporting, including the report due June 1, 45 days after adjournment.
