Montana – Enjoined Clean Campaign Act Language to Stay in Code

A bill to repeal the Clean Campaign Act, 13-35-401 et seq., MCA, which was enjoined by a federal court last year on first amendment grounds, failed to secure enough votes to pass on Wednesday leaving the now unenforceable provisions in the State’s Code.
