Illinois – New Pay-to-Play Restrictions in Place
Illinois has recently implemented new pay-to-play restrictions effecting vendors who sell automated law enforcement systems to county sheriffs or local police. Under the new restrictions, these vendors are prohibited from making contributions to state legislators and most local candidate committees.
